We use specialized technology to optimize pattern making and marker planning processes, ensuring production efficiency and consistency between samples and bulk production.
Our cutting department is equipped and organized to guarantee precision and consistency in every garment. Advanced marking and marker planning techniques are applied to ensure optimal material utilization and accurate reproduction of the patterns developed by the product team.
Each batch is carefully controlled before moving to sewing, ensuring that the cut pieces meet the quality standards and technical specifications defined for each project.
Our sewing department is designed to guarantee high-quality finishes in every garment. We operate specialized machinery that allows us to optimize various sewing processes, including equipment for preparing plackets in polo shirts, ensuring better presentation and consistency in our clients’ products.
We produce a wide variety of garments, from T-shirts and polos to sweaters, hoodies, dresses, pants, and shorts for women, men, and children, paying close attention to every detail throughout the sewing process.
In our printing department we develop graphic applications in a wide variety of formats, ranging from localized prints such as labels and small details to full-coverage prints across garment panels. We work with different printing techniques available in the market, adapting to the design requirements and final use of the product, always ensuring quality, definition, and durability of the print.
Our embroidery department operates specialized equipment that allows the development of designs ranging from highly detailed artwork to larger applications, ensuring definition, precision, and excellent stitch density.
Our team combines technical expertise with creative sensitivity, transforming each client’s ideas and requirements into high-quality embroidery aligned with the design and identity of each garment.
We apply the strictest quality control procedures and inspect every garment before shipping to our clients, ensuring full compliance with their specifications and meeting their needs and expectations.
